Advantages of the HDD Mud Recycling System:
The HDD mud recycling system adopts a multi-stage treatment process using a "double-layer shale shaker + hydrocyclone" shaker-cleaner, which can separate different particle sizes of solid particles.The shale shaker separates particles larger than 74 μm, while the hydrocyclone separates particles ranging from 15 to 45 μm. The purification accuracy is high. By changing the mud performance through the jet hopper to meet the requirements of drilling mud, the treated mud reduces the wear of equipment such as drilling pumps, drill pipes, and drill bits, prolongs the service life of the equipment, reduces downtime and maintenance time, and indirectly improves the drilling efficiency.

Working Principle and Process of the Shaker-Cleaner：
The waste mud generated during the drilling process is transported by the mud feed pump to the lower screen of the shale shaker for screening.
The shale shaker removes larger particles (such as drill cuttings), and the remaining mud (containing smaller particles) enters the mud tank and is then pumped again through the centrifugal pump to the sedimentation hydrocyclone for further hydrocyclone separation.The hydrocyclone utilizes centrifugal force to separate the mud into a swirling state. The clean mud is left and enters the mud tank. The solid phase separated by the hydrocyclone flows into the upper screen of the shale shaker for further screening. This process makes the separated solid phase drier and enables more clean mud to be recovered, thereby saving more mud materials and improving work efficiency.
