Two sets of BV certified mud gas separators of BZ solids control will be sent to CNOOC drilling platform soon. This is the second time customer chooses to cooperate with BZ Solid Control. The mud gas separator is usually used in conjunction with an electronic ignition device.

Mud gas separator produced by BZ solids control can be matched with different types of drilling rigs, and is mainly used to remove large bubbles with a diameter of ≥φ3mm . These large bubbles are easy to cause well kick, and even spray out of the surface of the drilling disc in severe cases. When gas invasion occurs , the normal specific gravity and viscosity of the mud cannot meet the requirements. mud gas separator is used to remove gas, so as to ensure the quality of drilling engineering, effectively prevent the erosion of harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide, and ensure human-machine safety
